I’m attempting to get the T4s/T4 Summary and am missing the drop down menu

>Summary Lists + > T4’s (Missing from here … >T4-All Boxes; T4 – Basic Boxes; T4A – All Boxes

What am I doing wrong? I can send a screen shot if you want, showing that I do not have the > on the T4 to get to a secondary pull down menu.

Try this

Summary List > t4

From the top menu bar select view > install > t4 > basic or all columns

This may help if it is the first time you run T4’s

Sorry, under main menu there is no View > INSTALL

I have
> Menu Bar
> Window Tabs
> Sorted by
> Row Stripes
> Additional Info Columns

I have tried having various windows open, such as Payroll

I wish we could add pictures to these post .

In the window on the left, select the payroll that you want to print t4’s.

In the right top pane you should see a window tab bar

Employees | Payroll | Transaction | Summary lists | ROE | Advanced | Notes

Click on “summary list” then t4’s

From the menu bar click on view, you should see install at the botton of the menu.

In the manual do a search for “T4 Summary List”, there should be about 20 result. In the result click on “T4 List”
There it show how to do this with screen shots.

Pictures are worth a 1000 words! I needed to be on the T4 List, first.
