    Our company is no longer operating, however I would like to only print the purge to keep as a record in case we get audited. Is there an easy way to do this and how?

    I finally became so frustrated with trying to print from XP to USB and then a friend of mine suggested I go back to Windows 98 (more dos friendly) and now it prints OK.
    However, what am I to do with the new XP laptop.
    But thanks to every one who were kind for their advice.
    I’m now going to persue Quickbooks.

    Has anyone heard of a software program ‘dos2usb’. I installed the trial version on my XP platform but have no idea how to incorporate it into my New Vews 1.
    Can anyone help me with this.

    Hello Martin

    Well I folowwed your instructions as much as I could. However when I go to ‘backup books’ I get this message.
    error:can not preparfe E: cause unknown dos error code 18. Then I click esc and I get another message: NV copy.exe encountered error 5.

    OK so I’ll try the print instruction then. Gone as far as accessories but all 15 choices will not allow an oportunity to type anything.

    It seems that my laptop XP is more condusive for media etc. and not for working folks like myself.

    If you have any further suggestions I would very much appreciate it, as my accountant is waiting for me to give him either a disk or a printed copies.
