Thanks for the excellent and detailed reply–I hope others can benefit from it. I will certainly make use of the suggestions for subsequent conversions. At this time, with about 80% done, I think I might as well let the process finish. It’s not hogging all my CPU resources, so I can work while it chugs away in the background, and I’m using some of the time to review the documentation.
