Our company has been purchased and we are still using Newviews. Their IT department set the Newviews Server up to run as a service.
I had always run in as a startup executable. When done this way it had a Newviews server window that I could run utilities with and see who was logged in if an update was needed.
How do I access the utilities when it’s being run as a service? They don’t know and I need to get it done.
