1. If your Books are out of Balance, use the BOOKBAL procedure to identify the accounts causing the problem. Remember BOOKBAL is part of the productivity disks.
2. To find out what total to ONE account you can do it the hard way by using the GO procedure. Type the account, but don’t press Enter, instead use the / E, to expand and it will show which accounts total to the account.
3. The easier way is to use the TOTAUDIT procedure (part of Prod disk #5). This will give you the Accounts and Amounts which Total To an account.
