I’ve tried to set up a new general account in the Trial Balance as per the manual. When I go to ‘insert’ the account, nothing happens. I’ve gone up and down the list of accounts to see if the new blank account is somewhere in the list. Nothing. Is there some security feature preventing this. I’m a single user and entered the set of books from the workstation program. Jack Peters converted my books in NV1 to allow proper importation to NV2. This is my first attempt at adding a new account. Thanks for your help

I talked to a fellow at QW Page tech support and he suggested that I sort on line number. This now showed the inserted new blank accounts – yes I tried to add a number of them. I was able to add the necessary accounts and then deleted the blank accounts not needed.
