    We are using NV2 with a network setup. We encountered an error-workstation not responding while closing a set of books on Tuesday. There seemed to be no problems on Wednesday,either on that workstation, or others in the network. On Thursday we discovered that all data entered since Tuesday evening was missing, not just on the workstation that encountered the error, but on the other station that had been accessing a different set of books. This situation has happened on a workstation before, but it has never affected a different workstation, or other sets of books. We have checked for a NV20.log file, and we do not have one, we have tried previously to recover information by reorganizing the books, with no success. We are using the latest version of NV2.
    Can anyone help?

    Check the System Folder > Sessions and Audit to view what happened during the above times. Perhaps you can piece together what happened.
