I added 2 accounts for each staff
1. Pay Equity Retro
2. Regular Salary Retro
The problem is when I look at the Payroll Records Account – Single Period Report -the new accounts are showing up at the bottom of the page and not in the block where the rest of the previous accounts for that staff is.
I know it has something to do with the “line number” assigned.
How can I get the new accounts to show up where I want it?

Click the word Line in the Line column so the cevron is pointing downward (v) which will sort the accounts in line order. Block the account you want to move and then click on the line where you want to move it to and then right mouse click Block > Move > Insert (or ALT + BMI).
