On my reports menus, the selection button for the type of display has become locked on a number of my reports. For example, clicking on the pull down button on my balance sheet report no longer has any effect. The screen flickers briefly, but no pull down menu appears.

Have I locked something that I shouldn’t have?

This is a critical problem because obviously I would like to see my balance sheet in formats other than “account setup”.

Hi, I have more than one set of companies data on computer.When I print account table (report), title 1,2,3 comes from previous company, i.e. name and period etc. I have to type all the information every time I print a balance sheet and income statement or any table. Those setting should be individual book’s settings not for the whole computer. What is the solution?

Click the save button before clicking the continue button. Save the settings under a name that you can recall with the down arrow button next to Saved Settings.
