I have recently updated our books to the NV 2.24 version.
I needed to run a custom anaysis report for the Trial Balance and started by resetting the window by clicking the blue bar and selecting the Window Default Setup option. Once reset I added the 4 columns we needed. When I selected Print All NewViews closed. Now I can’t get back into the books. I get the message:

Encountered null_before_collection

I ran ‘reorganize’ the books which completed successfully. However, I still can not open the books.
I need to know how to fix this. It would also be good to know why it happened.
I would be grateful for any help.
