I have just plaeced an order for an upgrade plan for NV2 for $195.00. However, I retrieved it back ‘coz I was not able to print the order form. (this was necessary so we could prepare the Company Purchase Order Form). I submitted it again and got the acknowledgement “thank you for your order”.
My question is, would my submitting it twice not mean that I have ordered twice? ‘coz we need only one (1) upgrade since we have only one (1) license.
We do not want to be charged twice for only one (1) order.
