I am currently on 2.09 service pack 9.
I am about to download the new version of NV2; however I remember seeing something on the website regarding the initial release of 2.10 about the naming of the database. Since I didn’t download 2.10 I don’t know what to name my database (I think it was .nv2???) I can’t see the history of releases on the website as I could in the past.
Please let me know.
Thanks,
To view the NV2 version history, click NV2 for Windows > Download and click the link on the page to view the version history. You can also use the following link to go directly to the page.

Application databases are defaulted to the name database.nv2 which is fine if you have only one application database. NV2 version 2.09 and above allows you to rename your application database from the default database.nv2 name to yourcompanyname.nv2 – right mouse click on the file database.nv2 and select rename. The extension .nv2 is required but the name can be anything acceptable to the operating system you are using.
